Welcome to Greens, I am Mark the founder of Greens Honey and Jams. I started my business by making my homemade Jams and sauces, refining each recipe to make sure that I could successfully make them without all the unnecessary added preservatives and flavourings  whilst still retaining a durable and high quality product. This became successful so I decided to grow the business further by learning and researching beekeeping to bring honey alongside the jams and sauces. 

Originally I started out buying 2 beehives, then began the long and extensive learning/ training on beekeeping I was hooked!! Earlier this year very shortly after introducing my first 2 nucleus of bees, I knew I wanted to make this part of the business grow quickly and eventually make the whole business a full time enterprise. I have now added a further 10 hives to my apiary and so the journey has started for me and my beekeeping team. 

Our aim is to provide the very best high quality products to our cherished customers, and whilst making a good impact on nature by keeping our bees we want to pass on our knowledge about them and the important impact they make on our environment.
